'WINNER TV'는 지난해 방영된 오디션 프로그램 ‘WIN : Who Is Next’에서 최종 승리한 A팀이 방송 종영 후 ‘WINNER’라는 그룹으로 연습생에서 아티스트로 첫 걸음을 내딛는 과정을 솔직하게 담아내며 정식 데뷔 전임에도 국내외에서 큰 인기를 얻었다.
이번 DVD는 'WINNER TV' 방송 영상과 더불어 방송에서는 볼 수 없었던 'WINNER TV' 종영 후 멤버들이 그 동안 응원하며 기다려준 팬들을 위해 별도 촬영한 특별 영상을 함께 수록해 소장 가치를 더욱 높였다.
또한 ‘WINNER TV’ 방송에서 공개된 일본 팬미팅 현장 위너 동계올림픽 등 매회의 에피소드 사진으로 구성된 ‘A-CUT BOOK’과 WINNER 멤버들이 직접 촬영한 사진으로 구성된 ‘OFF SHOT BOOK’ 등 다양한 내용의 포토북도 함께 구성되어 있다.
